About Charlotte

My vision is to walk this path with fellow rural women and build our lives rooted in bringing our best selves to everything we do.
— Charlotte Heald

Let me take you through the chapters of my own story. I was once working as a Registered Nurse in my rural community, addressing a wide variety of family health matters. But, deep down I knew there was more to my journey - there was a whispering that my destiny lay in being home on my farm and alongside the laughter of my children.

So, I heeded the call and leapt into family life. I wore many hats – I was mum, wife, farmer, keeper of the books, and a hand extended in service to my community. But let me tell you, life got heavy, like the weight of the world on these shoulders.

Then, as if the universe wanted me to slow down and listen, my body started talking to me through pain. A year went by, filled with questions and heartache until I was told I had Rheumatoid Arthritis. Now, that was a turning point - it was as if Life handed me the map to navigate through my own healing.

Health Coaching entered my life like a breath of fresh air. As I began learning, I felt my own body rejuvenate, and a spark within me ignited. I thought, "What if I could be the bridge for other strong, unyielding rural women to find their healing?"

And my friends, that's exactly what I set out to do. Through love, understanding, and a deep commitment, I chose to be an instrument for empowering my sisters. To help them realise that they can be architects of their own happiness and health.

Together, we are crafting lives that sing with fulfilment, love, and an abundance of joy. This is a calling from the soul, and when the soul speaks, the heart listens.
